An aspirational spoken word short that lends itself to the curious and voices unity across black lives. Here I Am blends societal ignorance with communal hope, exploring and celebrating themes of Pan Africanism and humane common sense as a means to influence everyday change. Spanish subtitles are displayed to reflect the migrant experience.‘Here I Am’ is a short film that strives to amplify the voices of Pan-Africans living in homogenous cities like Barcelona (Spain), where ignorance towards blackness causes recurring incidents of racism.
